The Landis Building is being offered for lease in Washington DC. It will provide office and retail opportunities one block away from the Takoma Metro Station, on Blair Road between Piney Branch and Cedar.

When completed in February 2006, The Landis Building will consist of more than 18,000 square feet of commercial/office space divided into three floors. With a handsome masonry façade, it will help enhance the look along Blair Road.

The Landis Building as a Design
Destination		    
Our vision is to create a residential design / build, destination resource for area homeowners who want professionally planned and built renovations and additions to their home. We want to be able to service area customers with either modest or substantial renovation needs with innovative and well built home improvements.

What is a destination? This is not expected to be a retail outlet. We envision this to be primarily a “by appointment” building that homeowners come to knowing they can find excellently designed and built remodeling solutions for their residential needs.

To achieve our goal of becoming a Design Destination, Landis Construction Corporation will be the anchor tenant on the 3rd floor of the building. We will have our design, production, administrative and executive/sales staff here with state of the art facilities for helping customers choose finishes and understand their design options.

  

Our target tenants will be primarily residential remodeling professionals who complement our growing business. Perspective tenants for the Landis Building may include:

  • Architects & Interior Designers
  • Engineers and Surveyors
  • Landscape Architects
  • Kitchen/Bath Showroom
  • Specialty suppliers like windows/doors, glass, ceramic, lighting & plumbing, flooring
  • Subcontractors: Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Masonry and/or Roofing.
