1st. Floor
The first floor of the building consists of 2,740 square feet, with the entrance directly from the parking lot on Blair Road. This space is ideal for commercial or office space where high traffic is important. The space is divided into 2 main areas: Main Floor and 1st Floor office.

  • The Main Floor consists of 2,500 square feet, with a direct entrance from the lobby.
  • The 1st Floor Office is independent also with direct access to the lobby, yet separate from the rest of the floor. This space is ideal for an independent contractor.
  • Prefer one tenant for Main Floor. Will consider subdividing.

2nd. Floor
The second floor of the building consists of 2,128 square feet, with elevator access directly from the main lobby. The space has windows views on three sides, including views to Blair Road and Spring Street.

  • Tenant can design their own space as needed, with direct access from elevator if desired.
  • Prefer one tenant for the 2nd floor. Will consider subdividing.

3rd. Floor
The first floor of the building is being leased by Landis Construction Corporation, the anchor tenant of the Building. There will be about 25 people working on the third floor, and Landis Construction will also be leasing a portion of the 1st. floor for its operations.

Spring Street Offices
The Spring Street Offices consist of more than 1,200 square feet. This space has its main entrance through Spring Street and can be independent from the rest of the building. The façade has a modern look and feel, since it was the original portion of the building. Its main features are floor-to-ceiling east-facing windows which provide beautiful natural light. There are two floors, which can be rented together or as one space.

  • The 1st floor has 540 square feet of offices. Currently it is organized with built-in desks for 8 people partitioned by 4½ feet-tall walls.

Parking

We have approximately 18 parking spaces with the building and approximately 20 additional spaces in the adjoining lot. Lease of parking is separate from the office space.
