Client's Specific Requirements, Challenges & Creative Solutions
1) Incorporate imported English slate on both the
tub and vanity with under-mount cast iron fixtures.
2) Bead board wainscoting with chair rail had to integrate
with several other finishes.
3) The plumbing fixtures from Water Works were new
for us.
4) We replaced the existing
door (space used to be a bedroom) with a custom-built
unit with transom to
match others on the same level.
5) Restoring the original heart-of-pine floor and
patched in salvaged wood to match.
6) The glass work around the shower was particularly
challenging.
