Brief Explanation of the Scope
of Work
This challenging bathroom
required us to fit a steam shower, whirlpool tub and
custom vanity into a relatively small space. The use
of glass block, tempered glass and tumbled marble on
all walls required that every elevation be thought
out in great detail.
Unusual Constraints/Challenges & Creative Solutions
The steam shower includes a fold-up teak bench (not
shown) for relaxing in the steam.
The vanity includes a Kohler Crucible sink with a
Stark faucet. The vanity cabinet is recessed into the
marble-covered build out.
Overall Results
Total cost for this high-end complete bathroom remodel
was approximately $55,000, including reworking two
doors and an adjacent closet.
