Woodley Park, DC - Family Room
Brief Explanation of the Scope of Work
This family room, with adjacent
kitchen, required tearing off the back end of the house
and rebuilding it to maximize the living space. Full
height windows with the incorporation of columns, helped
make the space feel larger and more open to the back
yard.
Overall Results
Kitchen/family room cost was approximately $72,000
of a $120,000 two-floor addition.
The columns helped create virtual boundaries to separate functions contained in such open area.
