Brief Explanation of the Scope of Work

This Galley Kitchen with a breakfast room was especially challenging for the customer and us. In order for the customer to get their construction permit they had to spend a tidy sum to get a zoning variance, win approval from the DC Historic Review Board and negotiate permission from an especially “concerned” neighbor. We found it challenging to have to work in a very tight urban neighborhood.

	As part of the scope of work, we built a deck on the rear conected to the breakfast area by French doors
