Design Process
Architectural Design Process for Home Remodeling
Company principal Chris Landis, AIA, and Director of Architecture, Paul Gaiser, AIA, are both experienced architects who manage a talented team of designers and drafters. The team uses the latest in 3D and virtual reality technology to help clients visualize the changes to their home. During the three design phases, they’ll use a variety of practices to communicate design options.
3D Modeling and Virtual Reality
Our designers also use CAD programs to generate a virtual reality link that you can use to visually walk-through your project using special goggles.

If you don’t have 3D goggles, ask us about it when you schedule your initial consultation and we’ll bring a pair to demonstrate how it works.

You can click to view the image below in 2D or put on 3D goggles for the VR version.
