Our client lives in a Bethesda home built in 1959. She wanted a rear addition that would give her space for a new, larger kitchen and to expand and convert a screened porch into an all-season TV room. To achieve this, we extended the rear of her house 10 feet giving her an addition of approximately 200 square feet on the ground floor. Despite being relatively small, it made an enormous difference in the functionality and flow of the house.
