The owners wanted to split one large bath in this 1895 rowhouse into two bathrooms – one primary and one guest. Landis designed the layout/plumbing/electrical, and Wharf Properties selected all the materials for both bathrooms to create the ultra-contemporary look the clients wanted. The primary has a lighted niche that runs the length of the vanity. Both have mirrored medicine cabinets with integral lights.
