The homeowners purchased this corner apartment in one of DC’s storied Kalorama co-op buildings. The homeowners came to us with a vision of modernizing their unit originally built in 1928. The client’s program included a new kitchen, renovation of the primary bathroom and primary bedroom suite, hall bathroom renovation, the powder room addition, and a complete interior remodeling. Modernization and increased functionality were achieved through the conversion of the gallery into a great room, expanding the primary bedroom, the powder room addition, and custom varied kitchen countertop heights.

If you would like to read more about the story behind this renovation, take a look at this WASHINGTON POST ARTICLE about the project.
