A one-story rear addition allowed us to create a kitchen and sitting area with access to a new deck on one side and a fenced patio on the other side. We matched the 1926 home’s existing stucco on the addition’s exterior. Three walls of windows and full light side doors fill the kitchen and sitting area with natural light.
The rich-toned decking is Brazilian tigerwood. We also reconfigured the parking pad that leads to the garage.
