Whatever your need, whatever your style, we can help you make any bathroom more functional and beautiful.
Maximize the value of your home- Many area homes do not have a convenient powder room located on the main level or an en suite master bath. The types of features and number of baths contribute greatly to a home’s value.
Improve quality of life- You use this room every day – shouldn’t it be both beautiful and functional?
The opportunity to upgrade systems- Gutting a bathroom down to the studs affords the opportunity to upgrade plumbing, ventilation, and insulation.
Adding easy-to-clean surfaces and features.
An all-in-one approach
Bath renovation or bath addition projects can be complex and require precise design and finish details and decisions. At Landis, we simplify the remodeling process because we can meet every requirement in-house and provide guidance on every decision.
Landis offers a full-time permit expeditor, a proprietary design team led by registered architects and builders that cover plumbing and electrical —no need to outsource or do extra work.
There are a multitude of design options available when doing a bath remodel, but here are some of our most sought after styles:
Modern style features minimalist and uncluttered design with neutral tones and natural materials. This design has a soothing sand palette with a variety of tile patterns and textures that add interest.
This style balances modern and traditional design with a focus on comfort. This new bath has nods to the home’s history, with subway tile and simple wainscoting, but with transitional elements such as Shaker vanity doors and sleek sconces.
Current trends dictate unique patterns and shapes, shades of gray and beige, sleek lighting and large format tile. For this bath, our designer used a soft beige and gray palette, but mixed subtle textures that add interest. The flat panel vanity has chrome legs.
Traditional design is timeless and inviting with white or dark toned cabinets accented with molding details and curved detailed accessories. This Capitol Hill master has a freestanding tub, wainscoting, and a warm wood double vanity.
Sleek lines and curves with contrasting and organic materials. Our clients wanted a master bath connected to their bedroom. We transformed the adjacent sunroom into an elegant and warm master bath that reflects their passion for midcentury design starting with a walnut vanity.
