Paul Gaiser, AIA

Paul is a registered architect and designed over 600 additions and new houses over his 22-year career in private practice. He holds a Master of Architecture from Tulane University and has won over a dozen design awards from the American Institute of Architects, Qualified Remodeler and Remodeling Magazines. He has been published in Better Homes and Gardens, Home and Design, and other publications. He designed a super-insulated new home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware utilizing Passive House design principles. Paul and his wife Paula have been residents of Kensington for almost 40 years.
