Jose Alvarado was born and raised in El Salvador before he moved to the United States for better job opportunities. Jose has known he wanted to be an electrician since he was a teenager. He started in the electrical trade in 1998 and received his master electrician’s license in 2007. Jose enjoys the whole process of his projects.
Outside of work Jose likes to spend his time fishing and reading.
Roger has been in the construction industry in the Washington Metropolitan Region for over 25 years. He was raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and moved to the DC area for college, where he received his bachelor’s in Business Management. Roger takes pride in transforming ideas into brilliant reality, exceeding clients’ expectations, and caring for his client’s needs and concerns along their renovation journey. As a leader, Roger is an energetic coach with exceptional construction management skills; who manages controls such as cost, planning, scheduling, risk, and resource allocation.
Outside of work Roger likes to spend his free time playing soccer, deep-sea or salmon fishing, going to the beach, farming in his orchard, or spending time with his wife, three sons, and dog.
Maurice was born and raised in New York. He started his career in the Military as an Air Force carpenter, which brought him to this area. He has worked in the construction field for over 40 years and enjoys seeing the process through from start to finish.
Maurice is a family man and enjoys spending his time outside of work just with his family.
Sheri was born in Bay City, Michigan but has been a Maryland local since 1977. She started working in the construction industry at 20 years old as an Administrative Assistant, and since then has worked in many different roles covering all different aspects of construction as her experience and knowledge grew. This journey led Sheri to her role as a Project Engineer, where she really enjoyed all the different people she got to work with.
Outside of work, Sheri enjoys reading, crocheting, scrapbooking, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She recently moved to a new home with a great community gym and pickleball court and is enjoying getting into fitness!
