Why Landis
Why Landis
We are Architects and Builders: Let’s build it together.
Landis Architects/Builders is one of Washington DC area’s top renovation firms.  It’s run by two principals who are brothers. One principal heads up design, the other heads up construction. We provide strong oversight of projects with in-house project managers and lead carpenters, as well as in-house plumbing and electrical departments. For 27 years, we’ve successfully completed complicated jobs in three jurisdictions.

Much of our business comes from referrals and repeat work, so we strive to build long-term relationships with our customers and delight them with the craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism we deliver.

We are committed to our industry and our craft:
