Brett Schoolnick

Brett joined Landis in 2017, bringing his experience of running his own award-winning design/build business for over 20 years. He is from the Baltimore area where his father worked with Jim Rouse in developing the planned city of Columbia, MD. He has been fascinated by solar energy and sustainable living since college. His favorite task is rendering and modeling projects then seeing the final renovation mirroring those designs. He and his wife live on Wilde Lake in Columbia, which is a strikingly beautiful setting. They have a dog named Allie and a cat named Katie. He enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, and computer chess.
