Our Production Team has a straightforward mission statement: To produce jobs on time and on budget with delighted clients that leave us proud. We are passionate about what we do and strive to deliver the best client experience possible.
Project Team: Team Leader | Director of Production | Project Manager & Lead Carpenter | Field Staff, Plumber & Electrician, Trade Partners
One of the most important aspects of delivering a great client experience is communication. Our Project Managers conduct regular client meetings to keep our clients informed and respond to concerns. Between meetings, they are always available–accessible by phone, email or through CoConstruct. CoConstruct is an effective internet-based communication platform where clients are able to view their construction calendar, daily updates, progress photos, pertinent documents, as well as confirm their selections.
Beside the Project Manager, our Production Team is made up of carpenters, helpers, and our in-house Electrical and Plumbing Divisions, all overseen by our Director of Production. The Project Manager is the client’s guide throughout the construction process.
Day-to-day site operations are usually overseen by a Lead Carpenter. Their job is to ensure our standards are met by every member of our staff and all our subcontractors.
To be certain the product we deliver is of the highest quality, we continue to train our field staff in building science, construction best practices, current building codes, and jobsite safety. Jobsite safety is our number one priority, ensuring the well-being of our clients as well as our staff.
We have a trademarked 8 Meetings for Success to monitor every project as it makes its way through our process. Each meeting is organized around checklists or agendas to verify our best practices are implemented every step of the way.
We back up our work with a one-year warranty to certify all systems and finishes are performing as designed. We strive to exceed our client’s expectations and have them joined our growing list of raving fans and returning clients.
Architecture and construction services under one roof
We offer a level of expertise and experience rarely found in residential design-only firms.
Bidding is an essential part of the design and project development process because it conveys a project from paper toward constructability. Even with a “complete” set of construction drawings, it is typical for this project development process to identify and resolve an array of issues which could include: structure, code and zoning issues, heating and cooling systems, plumbing and electrical issues, energy efficiency, material selections, etc.
Often, we are approached by an architect and homeowner at an earlier stage of design and can help inform and guide many of the decisions.
