The owners of this two-story penthouse condominium in Kalorama wanted to update their existing roof deck to make it a more beautiful and elegant outdoor living space. We installed new concrete pavers to expand the original deck space, installed a galvanized steel railing, designed and installed a privacy screen, and installed a custom guard around the chimney that can be removed for maintenance.
