This project updated and expanded a Crestwood residence through a comprehensive renovation and second-floor addition, improving functionality while preserving the home’s traditional character. Exterior improvements included a wrap-around porch, refreshed finishes, and a reworked front entry, with landscaping used to manage scale and privacy from the street.
The main level was reconfigured to improve flow between the kitchen, living, dining, and family rooms, with new eight-foot-tall pocket doors allowing flexible separation of spaces. A butler’s pantry, pantry, and utility room were added adjacent to the kitchen to support everyday use and entertaining.
Upstairs, the second-floor addition created a new primary suite with a new primary bath and walk-in closet. The former primary suite was converted into a child’s bedroom and refreshed with updated finishes while retaining its vaulted ceiling.
