Tenleytown Interior Optimization

This typical semi-detached Washington DC home presented a common challenge: small kitchens and underutilized porches. To maximize the potential of this space, we reimagined the layout, transforming the underutilized areas into a functional and stylish kitchen.

By combining the square footage of the sunroom, entry foyer, pantry, and closet, we created a spacious, open-concept kitchen. This redesign not only enhanced the kitchen's functionality but also allowed for the addition of a convenient powder room.
